whoops i ate more. wanted something sweet so i modified a mug brownie recipe to make it lower calorie & got this!! 175 cals & it was so fudgy & good.

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

COULDN’T FIND BAGUETTES so I used some light sourdough rye. This is my time ever having brie. I didn’t expect it to taste bland with a slight mushroomy flavor, but it melted nicely and carries all my spices well. 7/10 Had some ham (protein) on the side to try and make these carbs last in my system for at least 3 hours.

literally anything to do with cheese and tomatoes automatically fuckin’ claps imo

Ngl this 430cal plate of food seems to good to be true but I mean I did put a good chunk of veg in there

My mom bought me a tuna steak lol apparently its only 120cal?? (it said 5oz is 120cal on the package, im putting 150)

(edit: I think the tuna steak was actually 175-210cal. Whoopss it was worth it tho I supposee. I should’ve checked before I ate it but I was in a rush)

Then ~170g broccoli (50cal), steamed edamame package (90cal) 2 pickle spears (10cal), 2 pepperidge farm very thin bread (73cal), chickpea laughing cow cheese (35cal), and some soy sauce and sesame seeds (20cal)

I sat on my floor and devoured this. I was making it fast because I have to be quick about weighing things so my parents dont see and I be shaking for some reason

we celebrated my grandma’s birthday today! i was a little nervous for today since i didn’t know what we were going to eat and also did feel a little blue afterwards but my grandma seemed really happy which is the most important thing to me! overall had a pretty good day despite the guilt and the GIANT FUCKING STYE IN MY LEFT EYE. anyways.

i tried my best to guesstimate the english muffin + butter, chocolate milk and the cake my grandma made
i brought my own lunch + dinner and the other cake was from the bakery

total: 1541-ish ?

Yesterday. I was super upset with myself about dinner but I didn't have anything else or let it turn into a free-for-all with the excuse that the day was already ruined... so it was ...OKAY. i won't say good.

Getting a tiny loss this morning also really helped me not stress TOO much.

I'm glad you liked it! Though, hmmm, I'm not sure I would say it's bland and mushroomy... Did you happen to get an aged brie or? I know they can become a bit earthy if it's aged but my brie has always been very favorful and buttery. Not at all blanf... Or maybe that's just the brand you've gotten. Either way, brie!

Ugh, only two weeks into restricting again, and high restriction at that, and I'm already getting the ultra sleepy brain fog. So, yeah... I slept all day and am now sipping a white monster, I was trying to stop drinking caffeine so I could fix my sleep but obviously that's not going to happen.

Breakfast (674 cals yikes): a whole damn package of mini doughnuts because I'm stupid.

Lunch (298 cals): recycled pic of the Japanese Curry ramen because safe food, and I was too sleepy to take a picture.

Evening snacks (76 cals): monster white and strawberry applesauce with cereals in it for Helth

Total: 1048/844 ugh, 200 cals over but since it's calculated to be 500 cals under maintenance it should be okay? Still feeling like shit over the doughnuts tho, I could have had some toast and been just as full.

Guess who was supposed to skip dinner and only have mango pie but ended up having three (3) galettes.... (Hint : it's me)
I still fasted a bit over 27h so it balances it out I guess...

Aaand finally we have this beastly boy

Brioche roll with white chocolate flavour greek yoghurt, raspberries, banana and hersheys syrup drizzled on top.

Tasty but very messy. Won't be having this again as I like not looking like a toddler learning to eat.


Daily total (posted my other meal and had a fair few snacks in between) : 1,041 kcals

Round it up to 1,060 to be safe
