So uh, still depressed and he didn't text me back but you gotta eat healthy I suppose. Around 900 total, too tired to make individual counts but MFP knows the truth

Breakfast: two pumpkin sponge cake squares and raspberries.

Lunch: kimchi pancakes, 300 for all of that is what I call a good deal.

Snack 1: mini cantaloupe

Snack 2: cranberry juice and mint dried apple.

Dinner: a mug of tofu puffs because my life is sad

Second dinner: Rio lychee rose cocktail. Alcohol doesn't make everything better but it helps me dissociate so whatever.44e4428dde560f2d672341af715cfe45.jpgb357f57bf3844458b61751666d05a871.jpg50e1135d26a2e5863b5dbbee10bf9353.jpgada79143037fc3c516c44f26ae6d8a5b.jpg74c89a8bdfa61540bada908595d18d5f.jpg1600b6fe66810ee271960d428680f8d0.jpg

Dinner- tuna salad with onion and feta!

Also I tried the cauldrons Mediterranean cubes that are marinated in oil, so did 50/50 feta and tofu. It was really tasty currently at my sister's birthday party and so felt safe with this.

Scared that this portion was super big as I feel really full.6e2d1cac7bc4a47fa11713e96c7e3eb6.jpg

I miss kimchi pancakes so much and those look so good. My mum makes the best ones but I'm scared of how many extra calories she could add when making them. ://

I have a whole 5 litre jar full of homemade kimchi in the fridge right now, I really need to use it up hah.

Oooh, 5kg of kimchi sounds like a dream haha, I'm kind of obsessed with it.
I threw away the packaging after making them but I can get a picture of the packet for you later of you want, but it's basically a single serve package that I buy with the dry mix and a small packet of kimchi, you just add water, and I use no oil while cooking. Probably not all that helpful but well, I find mine at the asian store next to the dry mix for Korean pancakes.

What are these tofu puffs, why have I never seen them, and what's the calorie content?
Highest BMI: 23.4 (Post refeeding/IP)
Lowest BMI: 12.1 (Acute renal failure)
Current BMI: I haven't the faintest clue, I had to quit weighing myself 4 years ago to (attempt to) save my sanity.

I think it's basically tofu fried until it puffs up, I found those in my local asian store, they're usually made there instead of coming in a package so maybe that's why. I'm sure you can find frozen versions though.
It's 300cal for 100g but that whole mug was less than 50g so I would say that they're worth the cal if you want protein and something interesting to chew on.

Looks nice can I have the recipe for the aquafaba mousse?

its just 1 cup aquafaba + sweetener, it turns into a whipped cream texture when you whisk it long enough :)

Ayo full day of vegan eats back on the heavy restriction game hahaha this never ends well but it's the first time I've had a "full day" of eating in quite a while and I'm really trying not to fall prey to the binge restrict cycle...

breakfast- iced black coffee, vegan yogurt w pistachios and fruit (188)

lunch- nasty ass no cow bar and diet coke (190)

dinner- this salad I make quite often with a spicy veggie burger (170)

snack- literal nectar of the gods watermelon like I picked a winner while watching the same show because starting something new gives me crippling anxiety and it's safe (64)

total is 612 :) 10ae04e1351fb90f5b57fd4057ac1d8d.jpgdf271ab6d3bbb1325122adb939dc67ce.jpg371658c5095709d32807853978856361.jpgf143eecdba223cadef76aa6f8040ddab.jpg

Omg... I am on heavy restriction right now too. I will have to pick up some watermelon because that looks delicious.

Lunch (310 with sauces)

So I used to be a volume eater and roasted veg was a fear food of mine as I believed it would shrink the veggies and I wouldn't feel full as a result.

This was a big win for me :) and loved it, too!e33c1721e5ae8596c5bb6fd45b8a3050.jpg
