I just had my breakfast, 30 gr dried plums, 30 gr dried apricot, 30 gr almonds, 10 gr cheese, a coffee and water with lemon, I love to cut dried fruits and cheese into little pieces and combine them lol.
This is quite amount of almonds in calories, but I saw somewhere they can actually help you lose weight and body fat, while keeping you full and giving energy and useful minerals. Look at me actually posting food from today before going to bed....

Breakie was the usual raisin rye bread with Skippy, a banana (had to go to two different stores because the bananas at the first one weren't ripe enough. More walking) and MyProtein Vanilla Raspberry Impact Whey (Good flavour, pretty much what you'd expect from something Vanilla Raspberry flavoured. I need to make a thread with reviews....)

 

I am looking at switching from vegan protein powder to whey, and have been looking at heaps of reviews of the MyProtein flavours so I would definitely be interested if you started a thread!!! Also have you had the whey isolate? That's what I'm considering because less lactose but also way less flavour variety  :(

I only have had the Impact Whey (regular, not isolate) because it's way cheaper than the Impact Whey Isolate and the Clear Whey Isolate because I had a 2 for 15€ deal
Clear Whey Isolate (Got the Peach Tea and Watermelon flavours) is so so tbh, doesn't mix that well and tastes a bit artificial.

ahh I see the price difference for more than 1kg bag is quite a bit! Thanks, now I'm thinking maybe I should just order some Impact Whey samples and see how I go with them. I'll go check out your thread of course!

At my parent’s house, skipped breakfast since it’s already 1pm. A salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sauerkraut, 3 falafels and for dressing some hot sauce, balsamic vinegar and self-made yoghurt dressing. Was also gonna add an egg, but since my mom came into the kitchen and decided to be a bitch first thing in the morning so I left it out:-)Attached File  IMG_2463.jpg   2.2MB   53 downloads

This is yesterday's food because I was tired af, all of it is around 1000 cal instead of 844 but I walked enough to burn the difference so whatever.

Breakfast: leftover tofurkey, raspberry lychee applesauce and plain soy yogurt with black cherry jam.

Lunch: banana peanut butter hipro and green fanta. The hipro was weird, it tasted better after the second bite but it looks like there's gross bits of banana in there.

Snack: more fanta and a cheesecake cake bar.

Dinner: lactofermented veggies, one vegan sausage and vegan chipotle mayo. Breakfast was some random B vitamin drink, seed and grain crispbread with 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp linseeds, 2 dates, nuts, 3 baby tomatoes (half tsp pesto, thyme), seed and grain crispbread with half tsp pesto with an egg and pepper.

The hipro? It was actually at a discount store, but you might find some in the yogurt section in your local supermarket, I've seen most flavours at Monoprix.

Chickpeas with mackerel in tomato sauce (+herbs, 2 tsp sesame seeds and radish sprouts), seasoned cucumber (1 tsp mixed olive oil. salt), orange juice and a small banana smoothie, chia fresco (chia, water, lime/lime juice, ice, 2 brown sugar cubes), earl grey tea, 1 dried fig.

Today's food was okay until dinner, where I ate the damn hotpot on top of my planned intake. Sigh, it was so good though. I feel guilty as hell but I should also try to just fast tomorrow and get over it.

Lunch: cheesecake cake bar and five spice fake beef pieces, probably my favourite asian snack.

Planned dinner: peanut butter chocolate overload vegan Halo Top.

Big mistake: numbing spice hot pot with vegetables and tofu. I was afraid it would be too spicy but it turns out numbing spice is exactly that, it made my lips tingle pleasantly. This was really good, the tofu had a chewy texture and the lotus root tasted like a cross between a turnip and a potato. Would recommend if you have actual calories to waste on it, which I didn't....

Today was my mom's birthday. I wanted to make a pie but my stepdad decided to get a pie from a bakery (Cyril Lignac, again) instead....

Had the two last raisin rye bread, toasted with Skippy for "breakfast" while waiting for my stepdad to come home with the gifts and pie because I was hungry and didn't want to overeat appetizers...
