I'm horrified with myself. HORRIFIED.

After yesterday's carefully planned out day that went smoothly, today has been a day of impulse and zero self control. It's the "Family Day Saturday" before Father's Day Sunday (when my husband will get a lot of alone time) so we went out and it was a lot of "Oh hey, lets get this treat and that treat." FFS I didn't have to eat it but I did anyway??? I am really upset with myself. I have already reached 1000 calories. I am upset not even with the calories necessarily but the food CHOICES. I of course feel like garbage after eating all of this. I really need to get my act together, I can't just eat total trash because it is a holiday weekend. I wasn't before but today I let it be an excuse and I am angry for doing that to myself. I am so uncomfortable that I have the urge to try and get it to come back up, it would be possible being ice cream... but I haven't tried that in many years and my house is so NOT noise proof. Sound travels all over. So it's just not an option. It just says enough that I wish I could. It's for the best that it's not an option, I know. I don't need to open that giant can of worms.

HW: 184lbs on 1/15/2021

CW: 142.0 on 6/9/2021

NGW: 139.0

UGW: 115.0

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

Vegetarian Chicken (I only eat vegan usually but my mom bought the wrong one and I don’t want it to go to waste) with a bit of egg mayonnaise and potato cream soup

Yesterday didn't go so well lol

Breakfast was fancy walnut bread (imagine paying for bread....) with margarine, MyProtein Blueberry Impact Whey and an apple (had another apple later)
