I’m starting the abc diet on Monday 4/26/21 after fasting the weekend, I’ll be posting each day at 8:30pm with what I ate and how much I weighed <3

I’m honestly scared to weigh in because of the bloat because it usually causes weight gain, if tomorrow I gained imma just fast tomorrow and Wednesday. I’m so close to 99 :)):

I’m also hoping to drop ten pounds in ten days (idc if it’s water weight) for my doctor appointment, I was 114 the last time I was there, I NEED to be 95 by then lmao
