The only thing I would say to watch out for is keeping fats and carbs separated. Like if you eat avocados don’t have them with too many high sugar fruits or starchy roots

I basically just binged on fruit the whole day and had 2 slices of bread, I don't even want too count the calories in all that fruit plus my stomach feels awful.

I kinda feel you on this. All I want to do is just eat fruit & veg. And at least 1 or 2 slices of toast a day...Definitely keep us posted!
