Omg yes! "I'm going to reasonably restrict to 1200 calories/day and workout more."
1 week later and I'm eating 500 calories or less/day and have barely enough energy to get through my day...

Now tracking centimeters instead of kilograms. Will measure every 7 - 10 days.

 

Measurements June 8

Thigh: 62 cm (lost 1 cm)

Hips: 103 cm (lost 2 cm)

Stomach: 96 cm (lost 6 cm)

Thinnest part of waist: 76 (lost 3 cm)
