Can anyone let me know if there’s any binge friendly keto food out there?

Context: I guess I just need some support. I’ve been keto for around 1.5 weeks and it’s started to get a bit more tricky. I found this so easy at first but now I’m constantly just pissed off that I can’t b/p pasta or pizza . I know if I do it then I’ll probably fling myself out of ketosis since no purge is 100% successful, but it’s making me super angry anyway.

I’m currently eating around 1000cal per day of 80% fat, 15% protein, 5% carbs so I have no excuse to be hungry.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with butter + coffee
Lunch: 1litre almond milk with fibre supplement
Dinner: 4 eggs with butter + water

Anyway back to the question.
Can anyone let me know if there’s any binge friendly keto food out there?
If not, pls just shout out that you hear me and I’m not alone feeling like utter shit thank you

I tried keto about 1.5 years ago. I binged on pork belly and cheese which made me so disgusted that I became vegan as a result. I really don't recommend it!

I hope you will find a way that keto will work for you and maybe even reduce your urges to binge as well! That'd be the best.

I think you can make your keto easier to deal with by just eating meat/fish/seafood/eggs with vegetables. You will still stay in ketosis and feel better 😘
Almonds are also a good snack.
And then you can find keto friendly snacks like the Adonis chocolate bars etc.
Keep up the good work !

tofu shirataki noodles + some sauce of your choice
cheesy vegetables
sauteed mushrooms
sugar free jello
If you want milky, you can make jello pudding
also a simple sweetened milk + xanthan gum and/or psyllium
as for pizza, you can make keto dough and bake a keto pizza yourself. if you can tolerate gluten, then use it

I don't (well can't) purge but I have been finding more keto "junk" foods at grocery stores lately.  Like cereal, granola, ice cream, and cookies.  I recently bought some keto granola at Costco and I have definitely been overeating that.  I live in the U.S. though so I don't know what is available elsewhere.

I think your main problem is that you’re a bit strict with your keto foods, try inducing some types of meat either meat , chicken or any kind of seafood it would definitely reduce your cravings. Plus veggies are your friend during keto don’t worry they won’t get you out of ketosis just avoid the starchy ones. In addition you may consider friendly keto desserts from time to time because if you’re having harsh cravings you may end up binging on non keto foods that would definitely kick you out pf ketosis, therefore having keto substitutes at home can be very useful. Personally when i find myself craving carbs or sugar i make myself a keto mug cake, super easy to make and doesn’t take much time and tastes super good!
