I have been struggling with eating a max of 1500 kcals (if i burn calories from exercize I can eat as much as I burned)
I want to reach the goal of 1500 kcals per day
I feel like I cannot talk about it with the people I live with/spent most time with, because everyone has their own thoughts about it and constantly talking about it makes me tired. I do talk about my eating habits with close friends, but not on a day to day basis.
Would anyone be interested to give out phone numbers and sent each other messages through whatsapp or signal? We would motivate one another and can just trash talk about difficult things we encounter/ share tips. I eat fairly healthily and try to find more protein-rich foodsources/try to keep it fun as well with trying new recipes and combinations.
Preferably it would be someone who is also vegan, wants to have roughly the same caloric intake and lives roughly in the same time zone: +1 GMT.
Honestly I am not sure how often I want to chat, I'm guessing daily? few times per day? we'll have to see
