The lowest weight I've been is 63.5kg which I was pretty happy at, my goal weight was 45kg which is very low and not something I'm going to obtain safely but it was what the BMI calculator said I should be, even though I know it doesn't work if you're under about 5'2" and being 4'10" it's definitely not going to be accurate for me! I'm going to try and focus on what my body can do rather than what it weighs, I'm going to lose weight running and doing weight training but I need to be strong for the job I want rather than skinny. Like obviously I'd like to be skinny, I'm always going to be envious of tall skinny girls with long elegant legs and thigh gaps but I'm short and my bones are chunky and I'm never going to get that tall, elegant, ethereal look but I can be strong and fast and successful and hopefully one day I'll be ok with my body.
