My intakes basically wine...
Water, energy drinks and 2 glasses if wine most nights
Intense exercise 7 days per week
Zero food
CW around 42kg

Why am i not losing more?
Why am I bloated and puffy and where on earth is the energy to work out coming from?

I'm Literally taking in nothing but getting nowhere, I've done this for weeks.... I'm getting so frustrated and confused.

What the HELL am i even doing HERE?!

GET A FUCKING GRIP!

Alcohol turns into sugar in your body.  You are basically just sucking down glasses of sugar water as far as your body is concerned.  You need nutrition to lose weight.  If recommend anything with protein and no sugar.

Surely if all I'm taking in is a glass of wine, no other intake and excessive amount of exercise this shouldn't be the case?

You said you're drinking energy drinks, do they have sweeteners in them? They can be known to stall weight loss. Might be an idea to cut them out your diet for a while and see if it makes any difference.

i used to be drunkorexic in college but i can’t do that anymore. i just end up drinking way too much on the empty stomach and i was developing a problem. i quit drinking and it has been the absolute best for my weight loss. one because the calories in alcohol are now gone and it is a lot of calories. when i was drinking i was drinking at least 300 cals a day of wine or bourbon but usually more.
