Hey guys,

I don't know of that happens to others, but after I eat, I always get afraid that I counted my calories wrong.

Even if I weight everything, even over estimating.

feeling full makes me second guess what I just ate, and makes me feel really guity about it.

I just had a 265 kcal lunch, which fits my calorie goals for the day (around 500), and the voice in my head is that I could just had have half of it, just in case...

I hate having this fear all the time...

Makes me want live on fasting.

Also, today is the first day of the week that I didn't lose any weight.... so... I'm kinda anxious.....

I used to count like this. Feel guilty for eating. But we only get one life, so I kind of live a little as I get older. Also j gained weight on 2 different medications. I lost the weight when my mental health medicine got straightened out. There is hope & tomorrow is a new day.

I feel like that all the time, even if I weight everything and log more than I actually ate. Especially since I'm not losing weight on cico, something has to be wrong, right?

Exactly!! I'm always thinking that I have to be doing something wrong!
And can't trust what I'm eating... Even my safe foods.
Ughhhh... So frustrating.
Also, any day that I eat more close to my TDAA, I feel like I'm going to gain tons of weight

I wish I could achieve this peace of mind! Just knowing food and weight are just food and weight... They shouldn't be hunting numbers on our heads....

It is so hard to get out of the guilt. I'm not in the 20 and under set anymore, so that helps. I loosely count on my fitbit app sometimes, but I have ADHD and an active day job, so that also factors into my child attitude. It's been harder to keep lately because I need a distraction from wanting to scratch sores on myself. We all struggle. And tomorrow is still a new day [insert happy face emoji].

I use 2... It's soooo time consuming, on top of weighting all the food...
But I can't help doing differently
What apps do you use??

Honestly it’s so inaccurate anyways. Manufacturers are allowed to be over (but not under) by 20% before they even start having to justify by incorrectly labeling carbs as fiber or not counting sugar alcohols (which are worse than sugar). And oh yeah there’s no oversight anyways and a lot of foods are double what is listed or more. And the diet type foods we buy are the worst offenders bc we’re the ones most likely to be swayed by low cal counts
