i went over my limit bcus i didn’t want my sister to feel weird about eating pizza alone. now i realize that mightve been stupid bcus why the hell would she feel weird ?
anway... uhh...i need to burn off everything but im not smart at all, so idk how i can. would walking in my room for 2 hrs do it ?

walking will not burn over a thousand calories. even most high intensity exercises won't burn that much. your best bet is to let your metabolism do the work, take the L of being bloated for a day or two, and then you'll be back to normal

i ate a few slices w her & a snack bcus i get more hungry when eating + my original plan of omad. n the pizza apparently is high calorie... so i will just do my workout n hope my metabolism doesn’t fail on me

you'll burn 1500 calories just by living. but on average, a person will burn around 600 calories by RUNNING for an hour. 

 

so if you RAN for two hours in your room, you still wouldn't reach it. i'd recommend doing some strength work to trying to build muscle to increase ur TDEE (will not make u bulky), and then you'll have a nice after burn that'll continue burning calories after

Yeah like others have said, burning 1500 calories just from exercise would take several hours. You probably burn 1500 just resting all day (your bmr+activity) so if that’s all you ate don’t worry

Out of curiosity, how long did it take you? Cause I have to bike for 3.5+ hours to reach that number and I'm considering switching it up

Biking (stationary) heavily on highest resistance it usually takes 1.5hr to reach 500cals for me. So I'd have to bike for 4.5 hrs to reach 1500 cals, I don't think my legs could take that.


Moving to MPA2 and EDC under the same profile names!!
