If you have done or currently do low carb or keto, does it affect your ability to exercise?

Ive tried staying under 100g carbs this week but i have no energy to exercise. I get plenty of protein and a moderate amount of fat but i dont know if its my low carb intake making it so painful to be active. How many carbs do you work best on while having an active lifestyle?

I'm on a low carb diet rn and exercise is hell - especially the first 4 days.

I do mostly low impact cardio for at least 30 minutes everyday right after dinner because if I do it much later, I just feel so sleepy I couldn't even open my eyes. So around 10 minutes after dinner I excuse myself right away and start working out. I don't sit down in between sets/routines because if I do that I might not be able to get up and continue- purely just from being exhausted.

Strangely enough I don't feel as hungry when my legs and muscles are sore, so I managed to keep going just by drinking water. Don't push yourself too much with exercises tho, if you feel dizzy or spinning, sit down and take a rest. Your body will get used to it as time goes by.
