Has anyone gone from vegan to pescatarian?

From an environmental standpoint, farming bivalves can be beneficial for the ocean since they filter out what's essentially garbage. Also, some native tribes near where I live are working to restore the salmon population and buying their salmon helps them to fun the project.

Also, I looooove seafood and I can't stop thinking about it. It's the only animal product I've craved and I'm starting to get legitimately sad. Not to mention the vitamins and minerals that I have to supplement for...that'd be taken care of if I had seafood once and a while.

Same lol I’ve even considered the bivalve thing
I can’t stop thinking about salmon and sardines ever. Damn. Day. So I ate em. Surprise, my eczema went away and I feel so much less anxiety. Like, I’m just calmer. Less stressed. It’s weird, but nah, Vega isn’t felt amazing -short term. This feels awful lol my skin was so dry and I ate TONS of flax seeds. So much vitamin D, B12, zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium. Didn’t matter. It’s not fair lol

I still think about fish everyday, but hopefully that’ll get better too. Mostly salmon with the skin on, with Brussels sprouts, spinach, collards, cooked in tons of olive oil. Yeah, what vitamin D deficiency lol seriously I take 1000-4000 IU a day. It’s better, but might take a few weeks. In the mean time I’m avoiding overfished species and checking where they’re caught from. Local is best, but salmon is only part of the year here and winter/early spring is the worst for my fish obsession lol shellfish is alright, especially clams and mussels. Oof mackerel, sardines and salmon though.. I could eat them every day and never get sick of it unfortunately. Any other meat, nah. It’s not that good lol

I tried a vegan diet for awhile. Didn't keep it up for long. Now I allow a few dairy products, eggs, and fish.
