After spending a few years in recovery, i think i need to lose a few kg. I have a wedding in a month and want to have slimmer legs and a flatter stomach before then.
I’m pretty prone to snacking and losing a bit of control when I smoke 🍃

I am definitely not overweight but because i am so short even the tiniest bit of weight gain makes me look huger

my goals are:
1) lose some leg fat
2) reduce bloating, flatten stomach
3) have visible ribs and hipbones
4) lose about 3kg (not heaps but enough to be content with)

Current stats:
HEIGHT: 161cm / 5’3
CW: 48.9kg / 107.8lbs
GW: 46kg
UGW: 45kg

it shouldn’t take too long if i actually take it seriously.
my plan is to aim for 800 calories per day with a max of 1000 on my off days.
possibly join the gym (if i can afford it)
try to not eat before 12pm
track calories every day on this post and mfp
weigh myself daily.

Here goes nothing!
