Ephedrine: sudafed
Caffeine: energy drink or tea
Aspirin: any asprin
Can I take caffeine from drinks or does it have to be pills? I’m waiting for my eca stack pills to come in and in the meantime I have to make a homemade one.

I'd try to get Bronkaid or Primatene tbh. Sudafed is pseudo, not ephedrine itself.

Bronkaid is illegal in my state, so would sudafed not work at all? I’ve heard people using sudafed as a substitute for bronkaid

As far as I know it works okay, but it's nothing like Bronkaid can do. According to all the studies I've seen it's essentially the bare minimum, pseudoephedrine tends to bind alpha, where ephedrine goes beta, and beta is what you want for the actual effect. It'll raise your BP, potentially a minor increase in heart rate, but it won't have the same impact as actual ephedrine.

Actually I’m not 100% sure its illegal. I’ll ask my store pharmacy. Like I said in my op, it’s only for a few days so if it does have an effect even if not as strong I’ll stick with the sudafed for now. Thanks for your reply.

Sudafed you can get behind the counter at a pharmacy with an ID since people use it to make meth. I got my hands on it back in 2019 and took more than I was supposed to, fainted, landed myself in the ER, messed up my heart temporarily, etc. Not to mention, my “big secret” of having an ED was out in the open. I never admitted to taking anything but a paramedic asked if I had taken diet pills and my heart rate went crazy lmao so that basically gave me away. I didn’t even take that much, so just be careful please. It’s not worth the risk imo.
Be Kind :)

Love only,

Pseudoephedrine doesn't work like ephedrine. It's a pinned thread in the an/bn/bed/ednos forums I think if you want to read more
