Breakfast Porrridge / Oatmeal -- 175 cal (or less)

  • 30g of Porridge oats 108 cal
  • 5g chia seeds 21 cal
  • 25g blueberries 17 cal
  • 30g raspberries 17 cal
  • 2 sliced strawberries 12 cal
  • Water

How to make?

  1. Add oats and chia seeds to microwave safe bowl
  2. Add enough water to cover + a bit extra
  3. Microwave for 1 minute
  4. Remove and add blueberries + raspberries
  5. Mix and add more water (it will absorb)
  6. Microwave for another 1 minute (+30 seconds if its still watery)
  7. Add sliced strawberries on top and enjoy

You can use any fruit with this really, just maybe don't put strawberries in the microwave idk

I can't even tell it's made with water and the fruit rlly bulks it up so it's very filling

You can  use like 100ml almond milk mixed with as much water as u need if you like milk in your porridge (only adds about 25 cal)

Also the chia seeds are optional but they add lots of fibre and expand in the water so i think they're worth the extra calories

It also doesn't make a difference if the fruit is frozen or not, I use frozen raspberries because they literally turn into water anyway
