Most likely from your ED, even if you don’t low restrict forcing your body to be under its natural set point weight puts all your hormones out of whack. Just your body telling you you do not have the nourishment to carry a baby.

Please stay safe, losing your period is a massive sign your body is being negatively affected. Just goes to show you can be any weight and suffering from severe anorexia. However I should add if you’ve never lost your period you’re still as valid as everyone else on this site.

I have a higher BMI and my cycle shortens and shortens. The lastest was 26 days, and it keeps decreasing, which means I get them more frequent. I know stuff is going to happen because I get a huge pain exactly two days before, so no matter when it comes, I am expecting it and I am prepared. If it would be gone, I'd literally cry an entire month. I hate the idea that something might ever be wrong with it, because I desperately want kids. Please, go see an ob-gyn, do some blood tests, see what is wrong. Keep safe and stay healthy!

Starting stats: 108 cm below my belly on April 1st, 2021.

Lost mine at exactly that bmi too, sucks but that's a sign your body's not comfortable at your current weight

My life tastes like artificial sweetener and selfhafe

Hey I have a similar BMI to you and my period has been really screwy these last couple of months. My period started increasing the longer I was doing keto and losing body fat (noticeable difference) and weight. I have now had just spotting for like 50 days and just one day of heavy bleeding.

If there is any chance you could be pregnant I’d recommend doing a test & then call your doctor and sort out a blood test. I’m pretty sure my hormones are all over the place & yours might be too. I’m going to call my GP tomorrow. Hope you get it sorted soon.

I think it can happen if your calories are low.

You can lose your period at any BMI, even a healthy one, due to stress. You could try inducing it with vitamin C and/ or iron pills.
