I’m all about the leanest meat I can get (sorry to all you vegans/vegetarians).

Protein... Oh God its a battle every day! Beans, and occasional fish. I am mostly just using plant proteins: vegetables with beans and whole grains. Rarely fish and even more rarely eggs and lean cheeses like ricotta. Other cheeses are out of the question, oh i forgot.. Greek yoghurt not yet a fear food ..

Greek Yoghurt with Protein Powder, flaxseeds and chia seeds mixed in.
Sometimes also adding Pumpkin Seeds.

High restricting is the way for me because slow and steady wins the race. As far as I'm concerned, as long as you end the day on a calorie deficit, you have won.

Height: 5 foot 7 / 171cms,
Highest Weight: 180 pounds / 82 kgs, (BMI 28.0)
Lowest Weight: 85 pounds / 39 kgs, (BMI 13.3)

ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT (again): 85 pounds / 39 kgs OR LOWER!!!

Guys quark is fuckin amazing, it's like a completely natural yogurt/cheese crossbreed.

There's 63 cal in 100g and 11.5g of protein.

I use it w water in my porridge cos it makes it creamy for 19 cals !! And i use it in egg dishes too 10/10 i would recommend

It's like thicker, healthier greek yogurt

Venison and fish are my go to. Venison is pretty game-y though, but I personally like it
