Weighted hula hooping.

I bought a weighted hula hoop from Amazon, and I literally lost an inch off of my waist in a week. It’s a miracle workout I swear

I do it daily, and I usually do it for 10-20 minutes! Sometimes I do 30. I honestly find it super easy to just do it whilst I'm watching tv ahaha!

Anyone suggesting any sort of exercise is forgetting

hi there exercising noob here: pleaseeee drop exercises (youtube videos anything really) that help you get a flatter stomach or lose inches off your waist! .

Here is the key: Lose weight and DO NOT exercise your abdominal area.
Why would you strength train an area you're trying to get smaller?! You're getting a lot of bad advice here.

Work your butt and lats. If your butt/hips get larger and your lats get larger it will create the appearance of a slimmer waist but that's due to a change in body proportions NOT a smaller waist.
