Keep eating too much throughout the day and feeling fat as hell so going to do a modified OMAD diet.

Dinner and one item as a treat/dessert between 7pm and 9pm.

If I get super hungry in the day, a 60 cal oat milk latte or cup of soup but nothing else.

116-118 lbs now and want to get down to 100 as soon as possible.
