I’m from the souther hemisphere, which is tragic enough as is, but lately and with colder climates setting in it’s been getting increasingly difficult to muster up the motivation to workout at any point of the day.

I used to do some good working out in the morning And then dedicate their rest of my days to classes and study, so in the afternoon I could do some light, low impact exercises. But now it’s just too damn cold!

I feel this also has to do with my ED. probably. Most likely.

Anyways gyms aren’t open because of COVID so I can’t make time in my schedule to workout there either :( I rlly feel my lazyrexic era coming through which is awful because I can’t even muster up the motivation to low restrict with how damn cold it is.

Any advice?

At home workouts with YouTube. I like warming myself up with a sweat when it’s cold outside
