Let's hear yours. I used to have a bunch of songs, but it's been so long I can't remember them.

All I have now is Heartbreaker and Primadonna Girl by Marina and the Diamonds

On Apple Music, I have two "go to" workout Playlist and they update them pretty regularly so I can find new music!

One is called danceXL and is a collection of music ZHU enjoys/his style and the other is called I'M THRIVIN' by Paola and has rap/positive mantras like Qveen Herby.

If I'm really in a meh mood about my workout, I'll throw on some Rammstein or Idles.

Then have a couple of playlists I made on YouTube which is mostly techno cyber goth music with a few random song in there.  basically any song that has a really fast beat to it OR makes me want to get up and start dancing I will put on the list.

I am on  starvation diet.  I don't eat anything all day.  I am never hungry.  The thought of food makes me sink to my stomach.  The smell of food makes me nauseated to my stomach.  I don't crave food or sweets.  If I do eat anything I don't eat more than 500 calories a day.I jump on my trampoline every morning.  I have lots of energy.  My energy level and metabolism have skyrocketed.  I can run on 5 hours of sleep.  I have no problem waking up in the morning.  As soon as my alarm clock goes off I jump out of bed to jump on my trampoline.  I am in perfect shape.  I weight 92 lbs. and my measurements are 31-21-33 and 16 inch thighs.  All of my clothes fit and I look toned fit and thin.  I have a positive attitude.  I can do this.  I am always happy and never stressed out.  I am going to have a kick butt awesome day.  I am on a starvation diet and I will succeed!!

Usually alternative music. Sometimes rave, electro swing or ska. Lately I've been on a show tunes kick though lol. I have tried podcasts before but they just make me sleepy and lose motivation

Generally high energy stuff. From multiple genres, folk, metal, electronic, modern, oldies, kpop, as long as it’s high energy and catchy

For me, anything drum and bass is perfect for working out/ running.
Also spend a lot of time in my room just dancing and jumping to dnb bangers, most fun way of exercising for sure 😛

I usually listen to alot of K-pop while exercising, such as Itzy, Hello Venus (rip) and Aespa now  :P

either some random rock playlist. there are playlists with specific bpm and i chose them so that the beats fit my step frequence. for lifting i use any metal workout playlists. for yoga i just listen to ambience sounds that fit my current mood. Also i love repetitive drum meditation music for slow and lonng runs
