What are some things I can do to lose weight off of my arms and stomach.

Also I think I'm going to do a smoothie diet only diet for the rest of the month

You can't localize fat/weight loss.
You just lose weight all over and those areas will slim down along. Best you could do is exercise to tone those muscles

I agree with the above comment ^^ work out your arms abt 30 minutes a day with weights if you can, its helped my arms look soo much thinner
