hello everyone, i am officially starting the skinny girl diet as of today!! even though it is wednesday i'm starting on day one because i don't really care haha. my stats are below and i will post a daily calorie log, weigh in, and updates! also I'm really sorry if i'm using the threads wrong because i am very new to this site, not new to ED world though haha. feel free to post on this too if you're doing the sgd, or post your results if you have completed it before!! 

 

sw: 126

gw: 98

hw: 126 (today ew)

lw: 106

height: 5'2"

i'm not sure whether i should be subtracting my exercise, can someone please let me know how that works in this diet

okay guys so i feel like i just need a reset for this diet and i will get it right this time! this time i will not subtract my exercise cals, and i think i will hopefully loose weight quicker. day one starts tomorrow!

hey y'all i'm ditching this plan bc it really doesn't work for me because i would rather just make my own calorie goals. i might be back here later, who knows. it was kinda fun i guess lol
