you know, the one that hangs over when you’re laying on your side or not tensing your stomach. how tf do i get rid of it ? have i just not lost enough weight yet or should i tone ?

yes, in most cases, but you cannot spot reduce fat, sadly.


(Also. If you are a female, that lower fat on the stomach will be harder to lose bc it covers your reproductive system and your body is stubborn!! So don't feel too bad--it literally isn't your fault)

If you can pinch it, you can lose it.


That being said, I think nearly everyone has a little bit of fat that "hangs" over when they lay on their side. I'm underweight and I still have that. It probably doesn't go away until you're severely underweight.
