Does this actually burn ~300kcal?

Ok so according to lose it this burns 299kcal:

 

 

Pushups - Moderate - 7 min = 18kcal

 

Jumping rope - moderate - 20 min = 206kcal

 

walking - 15 min =28kcal

 

jumping jacks - vigorous - 5 min - 26kcal

 

Squats - Vigorous - 4 min - 21kcal

 

 

 

 

Does this actually burn ~300kcal or not, this is literally my worst fear if something doesn't burn as much as it says...

It sounds fairly accurate - jumping jacks and jumping rope both burn a lot, the walking sounds right, and the other numbers are about as low as I'd expect them to be for strength training/toning type stuff.
