Fear even though I've read it's actuallt good for you in small quantities

butter is way better for you than seed oils and it's lower in calories than coconut oil, avocado oil, ect...

and it has a decent amount of vitamin a, k2, good for digestion

Safe because i use it only to cook something and I usually use max 3g of it
