Trying to keep my protein up and often cook the bags of frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts in the air fryer. So I’m weighing after it’s cooked. I know cooked meat has a higher calorie count. I put the chicken in frozen so can’t really weigh it before it’s cooked.
So I’m wondering if this looks accurate? The picture is per ounce of chicken.a719983c5317e6a331b07f69c6202eb2.jpg

That sounds right per oz of boneless skinless chik breast.

I’ve always used raw weight though 🤷‍♀️
