my binging and purging has def increased and i have bloods on monday, my bloods have always come back fine but recently the purging has increased to multiple times a day, will this show in my bloods given it’s a more recent increase?

i think your potassium levels could be affected. i'm not sure what else. Drink some coconut water and eat bananas!!

Take some otc potassium. Or as the other user reccomended coconut water, avocados and suprisingly the iced coffee I buy has alot of potassium per serving LOL

Beet greens and Swiss chard are very high is potassium! Way more than bananas and fewer calories if you are worried about that. They are really yummy. I like to steam them and top with a little soy sauce, lemon juice and nutritional yeast. Also good are spinach, broccoli, zuchini, mushrooms, tomato...Pretty much any fruit or vegetable or leafy green will have a good bit of potassium. Check out this website has a cool list of potassium dense foods

In my experience it doesn’t show in ur bloods lol unless it’s been going on multiple times for a while... my guess is that it does mess up ur blood ofc ofc - it’s not not dangerous lol - it’s just that I think ur bloods can only tell right after a purge.

Imo good bloodwork isn’t an indication of health. Try to reduce the purging even if bloods come back fine
