I’ve been vegan for 2 yrs ow and love it! BUT, I’ve always wanted to try to eat like a fruitarian.Setting Long goals doesn't work for me so instead of 1 month, I’m doing 1 week of πŸ“πŸŽπŸ₯ ONLY FRUIT 🍌 πŸ‰πŸ₯­
I’m starting tomorrow MAY 10th. ( You can start any day you want but make it through the 7 days of only fruit.


Rules: ONLY FRUIT 🍌 πŸ‹πŸŠπŸ“πŸ‡
ALL FRUIT IS FINE ( if it’s a fruit eat it).
Water is fine, fruit juice is fine, tea n coffee is fine.

***** If any one is interested in trying this then great, if not I’m still doing it and I will be accountable every day . (I’ll try my best to post every day) Just stating if I made the day on only fruit or if I caved.

Well, for my own accountability day 1 is almost over and my last meal is a huge fruit salad. Managed to eat nothing but fruit today, let’s see about tomorrow.

Day 2 is over and I’ve struck to fruit. I will confess I had 2 rice cakes at lunch. But basically it’s not been that hard yet. I just find I’m in the bathroom a lot. Lol So much water!

Day 4 I missed yesterday. It’s getting harder at night. I find eating a big banana before bed is best but I am craving salt.
Only 3 days left. I do feel lighter, but I’m scared to use the scale. We shall see......

Oops, I’m a day late but I did finish my 1 week of only eating fruit. How did it go?
Harder than I thought. Night time was more difficult than I though it would be. I found by eating a big banana or 2 small ones helped me sleep. I did have some rice cakes on one of the days. But I’m really happy I made it. Did I loose weight???????
YES!!!! 3.2 lbs. Fruit being high in water had me using the much more often.lol, but......Will I do this again? Yes, I definitely will.
First 3-4 days were the hardest, then after that it was easier.

I found sticking to just fruit super difficult too!

For now I have mainly fruit, but supplement with a big portion of peas and corn (and sometimes cauliflower) and a bit of bread at night. Also if I find myself reaaalllly unable to resist the savoury urge I snack on a tablespoon of salted activated seeds.

Peas and corn with a bit of salt are really good for those cravings, I will literally go through nearly a kilo bag some days when all I want is carbscarbscarbs.

I've always wanted to try this! A week seems really manageable. 

How were your energy levels? Was your concentration affected at all?

I LOVE fruit! have done this before in the past and it was v easy for me bc i always crave sweet things lol. it made me poop a lot tho probs cuz all the fiber!
