schmidt 647 bread seems amazing, 40 cals per slice, vegan, low carb..i'm trying to find something similar where i live but no luck :/

Franz keto bread is vegan; 40 calories per slice. And as the name implies, it's low carb and has a little protein too. It's a staple element of my diet.

yesss, I back this 100%, it can be intimating to make yourself but is so fun once you get a hold of it and I always have 2 thick (and wide) slices that weigh about 100-150 grams for only 120-150 cals

Making sourdough IS so fun! And knowing that I made it myself and that it's oil, butter, and milk free and lower cal and probiotics etc has turned bread from a fear food to a safe food!

it doesnt count the fiber calories (which you still get unless it's insoluble fiber) an comes out closer to 60-70
