I’m starting a diet of meat (that’s red meat, poultry or seafood), eggs, and fruit.

My plan is to have 6 eggs in the day, meat for dinner, fruit on some days, and cream in my coffees. I’ll count calories too and will probably be at around 1000-1300. I’ve been doing a similar thing for a while, but I want to be more strict about it.

I don’t have a working scale atm, but I will get new batteries and post my weight sometime soon.

Breakfast: coffee w cream (34), 4 boiled eggs (312)

 

Lunch: coffee w cream (34), 3 boiled eggs (234)

 

Dinner: steak cooked w ghee (460)

 

Calories: 1,074

The reason I started this thread was to hold myself accountable to sticking with my diet strictly. I'm confident now that I can do that without the need for accountability, so I don't have a need for this thread anymore. I might come back to it in the future if I want to reduce calories and want accountability for that.

Sounds like a good plan! May I ask why you would add fruit? It seems like you have a good keto meal plan, and the fruit will just throw you off? Or will you go for low carb fruits like berries? 

Do you track any macro's?

I like having a bit more variety in taste. If I have both sweet and savoury options then I can stick with the eating pattern without cravings. I don't eat much fruit anyway, only usually 1 fruit a day or sometimes none. I don't track my macros but my carbs would be under 20g almost every day.

I've been sticking with the plan I made in the first post of this thread, but now I want to start eating less. For the rest of June I'm going to be having only eggs, fruit and coffee with milk (around 30-50ml of milk in each cup). I'm not going to count calories because I end up eating less when I don't. I will just record my intake here at the end of every day.

I'm actually not going to continue posting in this thread. I feel confident enough that I can stick to this without accountability so there's no point. Again, I might come back if I reduce my intake or change my rules and need accountability.
