I weigh 164.6 lbs right now. I also just started my period (pain), and I did overeat by a mile yesterday - but it is fine, whatever, I don't care because at least I'm only 1.6lbs over what I weighed in on Saturday rather than 3+lbs over - that would stress me out.
I am doing 2468 to get into the 150s, starting today - Monday 17th May 2021.
I may just stop once I hit 159/158lb lbs because this isn't something I could sustain for a long period of time I don't think - I just want to get into my 150s. I may go a bit longer (2 weeks), just to see how much weight I can lose from 2468.
If I mess up, I'll just get back on it the next day.
