Hello everyone, i hope you're all doing good.

I have ADHD and therefore too restless to sit down and read a book page by page. I usually listen to audiobooks because that way i can walk around and do other things while listening. I'm looking for tips on books available as audio books about eating disorders, both biographies, novels and "fact-books" (idk the word for it in English, its not my native language).

Hmu with your best ones and where to find them :) I'd really like if they're available on subscription apps where they have audio books!

My favorite will always be Wasted.
I'm currently listening to Unbearable Lightness.

I heard about some more, but haven't listened to them. I have read some of them:
- Wintergirls
- Paperweight
- Inside Out (More or less)
- Elena Vanishing
- An Apple a Day
- Skinny
- It was me all along
- Something Spectacular
- Hungry for Life
- Size Zero
- As if I Am not there
- Always too much and never enough
- Confessions of a Carb Queen
- The Girls at 17 Swann Street
- Thin Girls
- Dying to be thin
- Living Full
- The Wonder
- Kid Rex
- The Art of Starving
- A is for Anorexia
- The Skeleton Cupboard
- Life Hurts
- Closer to fine
- Overcome (More or less)
- Emilee
- Hungry
- Hope and other Luxuries
- Tiny Pretty Things

German: "Dann iss halt was"

That should be all I could come up with now ... Already kind of a micro masterlist somehow.

All should be on Audible.

Totally open for new recommendations!

e/ just seeing you are open to non-fiction. I might take a second look, however I haven't seen that many good books there in general. And given that I study Psychology and have searched through so many books that's kind of sad somehow (Not to say there are millions of good fiction books, but at least we have some good bios like Wasted!)

Great list... Thankyou

Just finishing a audiobook about an Afghan boy from Kabul so as soon as it’s done I’ll be starting on this list!!! Wow, where do I start? First timer.
I’ve lost 6 kg in lockdown feeling both incredibly sad and motivated.
