End: 30th June
SW: 63.8kg (138lbs)
GW:53kg (116lbs)
Height: 164cm (5‘5)

Competition:
Lose as much as weight as you can by the end of June! Sommer is coming up and we look like pigs! This is not going to happen! Let’s lose some weight y’all.

hey! gonna join this lol. here r my stats

 

height: 5 11.75

cw: 120

gw by end of june: under 110 lbs

reason: cause i need to feel confident this summer and want to be able to maintain 110 or under when i start at uni in the fall. im also seeing my gf and friends for the first time in a while, so i need to look beautiful and thin for that.

I’m 5’1, 82.5lbs last time I weighed myself, might have gone down a bit since then (hopefully) but haven’t had a BM in close to two weeks so avoiding the scale lmao. Want to be at 80lbs by the end of the month. Want to get somewhere between 74-77lbs by the end of June then maintain (maybe).

My GW is 44 because if I’m being realistic I doubt I can lose more than 2-3 kgs in a month, we’ll see! I’ve gained too much from a 3 month long binge cycle and last night I felt so gross that I couldn’t sleep and thought to myself that I’ve had enough with this bullshit! I want to go outside and feel comfortable in summer clothes so I have to get in shape ASAP

Today: 47.6kg (104.9 lbs), 5'6 (167cm).

GW by end of June: 45kg (99.2 lbs).

Just want to lose some weight before I go on holiday (23rd of July)! :)
