I'd like to join as well ^^ I had gone from 295 and over time made it to just about 240.. but then when I thought I had my BED under control I screwed my way back up to 260 (sigh). I really want this and just keep telling myself I've done it already I can do it again. Reading through this thread I can see many of you have been through something similar. I want to join this thread and keep coming back to help keep myself accountable.
As for today - my con was a small binge of crackers and blue cheese (while I was cooking lunch wtf), my pros were that I had low cal coffee (rather than the lattes I've been making lately) and I jogged a mile on the treadmill which felt good. I'm in Cali and the smoke where I live has been SO FREAKING BAD. I had gotten myself up to jogging 3x a week outside and even ran my fastest mile ever but had to basically give up outside exercise for the last 2 1/2 months because of the unhealthy levels of smoke outside. It's been terrible. Anyway I finally made myself jog on the treadmill and I'm so glad I did. I used to dread using it but (maybe because I'm fitter than I was before?) it was fairly enjoyable.
Thanks for this thread and hello to everyone ^^
