206.2. -1.2 in four days without paying much mind to food.
I really need to lose 11.2 lbs asap so my insurance will qualify me for a surgery I really need. I have to get serious, but school has me moving so much that if i restrict the way I want to i’ll be passing out by the end of the week. and I also don’t know how to make time for laxatives when i barely have free time, maybe overnight but how can i make sure it doesn’t last till the next morning maybe I can get some in on thursday, friday, and saturday nights.
205.6. So I’m back down to my lowest weight this year. time to set new records
Yesterday I ate a bagel, a blueberry pancake and then chew spit two more blueberry pancakes. I ate a chocolate chip cookie and a caesar salad no dressing at dinner, and then c/s half the portion of mac and cheese and bbq burger. No B/M yet.
Luckily today’s lunch and dinners don’t look good so i’ll skip both of them, but i’ll have my usual mini bagel.
