205. I shouldn’t have said yes to the nachos last night. It brought my cal count up by 1000.

Hoping next month I'll be out of the 200s or at least very close to; hoping to add more exercise back into my routine and also doing fasts again.

... looks like I'm starting October at 207 lbs. Late September for me was binging for the first time in months, finally getting off my ass to exercise in response to the binge, and also the period from hell that made me hold onto like, 8 lbs of water weight. So one one hand I'm so fucking relieved the scale went down, but mostly pissed off at myself that it didn't go down by MORE

92.7 kg (204.4 lbs)

I ate so much yesterday i really wasn't sure i would lose, but here we are. Unfortunately for me i have a second day of having to eat more than i usually do to keep up appearances and i'm not sure i'll be so lucky a to lose twice in a row doing that *sigh*

Hello. I'm returning here after years away. I managed to control my obsession and ended up being a healthy weight. Now I'm miserable at 229.. I was 230 yesterday. I've been having lots of tea, regular exercise (playing pokemon go) and intermittent fasting and restricting. Nothing like I used to do, but it's something.
I hope I can get down from the 200s by new year.. But the sooner the better

207.2. honestly don’t expect much change bc i have that wedding to go to. ofc tmrw and the next day can be low cal but i would expect my weight to shoot back up with the friday wedding. and then all the eating i will have to do with my mom this weekend since were traveling. i think i’ll wait to settle at school and resume weighing myself then bc everything is so hectic rn

I’m backkkkk . I ghosted for this past month cuz i got to uni, didn’t have a scale and had been eating pretty regularly and working out a bit.

Just ordered a scale online so idk how much i weigh but should be able to answer tuesday or wednesday.

for the past week and some change i’ve been skipping most of my meals and c/s most of what i do put in my mouth. Yesterday i just sat down and ate dinner tho bc i felt so horribly sick. I can’t wait to see what i weigh. hopefully it’s not too much of a gain

This weekend hubs is gone with the toddler and my teen can fend for himself so I am making a huge pot of super low cal broccoli soup (seriously, one cup is like 50 cals) and try to used this weekend to push myself along, almost to the 230s.

I'm very curious about this soup  :o  What's in it?

So for those asking about the soup it is Creamy Broccoli and Red Lentil Soup on The Simple Veganista blog (I am not sure if links are allowed? I can link if someone knows for sure?).

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or ¼ cup water
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 23 large heads broccoli (about 1 ½ lbs.), cut into florets (stalks chopped ok too)
  • 67 cups low-sodium vegetable broth (or water + broth combo)
  • 1 can low-fat coconut milk, optional
  • mineral salt, to taste

Directions:

Saute the onions, garlic, red pepper flakes in the oil

Add the lentils, broccoli, water or broth, and optional coconut milk

Simmer for 15-20 mins and season to taste

Puree with an immersion blender to desired consistency

Serving:

1 cup/250 ml = around 50 cals (I put my actual amounts into the my fitness pal app and it gave that)

NOTES:

- I don't use the coconut milk, I tried it the first time, but it did not really make a difference in consistency to leave it out and I felt the flavor was overpowering   everything else, plus you know, major cals

- I add more broccoli and more broth than called for, but leave the lentils the same, this also cuts down on the cals

- Stays good in the fridge for a bout a week, though it will separate and look a bit icky, but if you stir and reheat in a pot it comes back together nicely. I have not tried thawing my frozen stash yet.

I can’t remember a time since I was a child that I weighed this little. I’m still not anywhere near where I want to be, but everyone here has been so helpful in this journey.

I can't believe I let myself get like this...
I lost today and am 91.1kg / 200.8lbs BMI 31.5.
It makes me sick to think of how I got this way, anorexia recovery. Over 50kg gained and here I am, an embarrassment. I am so motivated to lose weight.

I always laugh at myself because then I gain again and am like 'uhhh I weigh more than that now and am proud of losing?'

Just lost from 92.4kg / 203.7lbs on Oct 3rd to 91.3kg /201.2lbs on Oct 6th.

That's 1.1kg / 2.5lbs in 3 days

One meal yesterday and still up 150g today. It’s annoying how much my life is dictated by a set of scales.

207.4 today! wow, for a month of not paying attention to restriction at all, to gain nothing is great. Time to get back on the train. I still need to get out of the 200s asap, especially to reason with my doctor.
