I'd like to join as well  ^^  I had gone from 295 and over time made it to just about 240..  but then when I thought I had my BED under control I screwed my way back up to 260 (sigh). I really want this and just keep telling myself I've done it already I can do it again. Reading through this thread I can see many of you have been through something similar. I want to join this thread and keep coming back to help keep myself accountable.

As for today - my con was a small binge of crackers and blue cheese (while I was cooking lunch wtf), my pros were that I had low cal coffee (rather than the lattes I've been making lately) and I jogged a mile on the treadmill which felt good. I'm in Cali and the smoke where I live has been SO FREAKING BAD. I had gotten myself up to jogging 3x a week outside and even ran my fastest mile ever but had to basically give up outside exercise for the last 2 1/2 months because of the unhealthy levels of smoke outside. It's been terrible. Anyway I finally made myself jog on the treadmill and I'm so glad I did. I used to dread using it but (maybe because I'm fitter than I was before?) it was fairly enjoyable.

Thanks for this thread and hello to everyone  ^^

Ah yet another Thursday has finally come around. CW: 105.9 kg/233.4 lbs. YAY! I may actually manage to make my goal of 99kg by Feb. I really struggled at 109 and now it feels like the weight is just melting off. I don't get it. Anyway another hurdle coming up, birthday for hubs on Saturday. I am just hoping I don't gain next week. I went on an extra long walk yesterday, plan to do one today and on Friday. Hopefully that will help equal out the bday. I have a halloween get together at the end of month (literally standing outside drinking with the neighbors so nothing too major), but I am trying to lose extra now so I come out ok after that don't go back up over the milestone I just made in the happy scale app (love that app).

204.4 this morning, I feel like I was stuck at 207 for soo long I thought I would never break out, I think I just needed to up my calories a tiny bit. I ate a bit more than I expected to and thought for sure I was going to gain but I surprisingly lost. What a relief.

Ugh I've been dealing with the same fluctuating 5 lbs of water weight since this and it's been so frustrating and feels like it took forever but this morning I weighed in at 201 and I swear I've never been happier. I didn't want to post until I was sure it had stuck but I'm pretty confident at this point.

203 lbs today, on 3rd day of water fasting. Last month's 207 plateau just made me so mad I want to say fuck it and keep fasting till I'm out of the 200s. I'm sick of losing my hair though so maybe I'll break it today, and then low restrict for a while cause I just know I'm gonna have a breakdown over what I put back on once I eat again.

207.4 today! wow, for a month of not paying attention to restriction at all, to gain nothing is great. Time to get back on the train. I still need to get out of the 200s asap, especially to reason with my doctor.

206.2. -1.2 in four days without paying much mind to food.

I really need to lose 11.2 lbs asap so my insurance will qualify me for a surgery I really need. I have to get serious, but school has me moving so much that if i restrict the way I want to i’ll be passing out by the end of the week. and I also don’t know how to make time for laxatives when i barely have free time, maybe overnight but how can i make sure it doesn’t last till the next morning maybe I can get some in on thursday, friday, and saturday nights.

I seem to have survived the birthday this past weekend. The plan was that all the cake and take out and calories be Saturday. That did not happen and it spilled over into Sunday which was a major binge fest. Saturday morning I was down to 105.4 kg (so 500 g/1 lb from Thur. to Sat.) and I weighed in this morning back at 105.9 kg. I am hoping that I can at least get the 500 g back off and then do better until Halloween where I expect I will lose self control again and am trying to plan for that possibility. Also according to my Fitbit (which obviously has a margin of error) my resting heart rate has dropped for mid-upper 70s back in Feb. down to 59-ish bpm. That is a lot and I am not sporty at all. I wonder if I should be worried? I don't want to go a doctor until I have hit 99 kg because where I live doctors just hate fat people. Like not in a mean way, but they blame every problem on weight and won't explore any other ideas or issues until you lose however much they think you should. It sucks and I hate it here.
