206.2. -1.2 in four days without paying much mind to food.

I really need to lose 11.2 lbs asap so my insurance will qualify me for a surgery I really need. I have to get serious, but school has me moving so much that if i restrict the way I want to i’ll be passing out by the end of the week. and I also don’t know how to make time for laxatives when i barely have free time, maybe overnight but how can i make sure it doesn’t last till the next morning maybe I can get some in on thursday, friday, and saturday nights.


205.6. So I’m back down to my lowest weight this year. time to set new records ;)

Yesterday I ate a bagel, a blueberry pancake and then chew spit two more blueberry pancakes. I ate a chocolate chip cookie and a caesar salad no dressing at dinner, and then c/s half the portion of mac and cheese and bbq burger. No B/M yet.

Luckily today’s lunch and dinners don’t look good so i’ll skip both of them, but i’ll have my usual mini bagel.

I can’t get out of my plateau of 225-226 and then I went and binged today, but I still feel hungry. I’m usually so disciplined but I just can’t stop today

I meant to skip lunch and dinner, but i ended up having 600 calories of sushi + chips at lunch and a grilled chicken piece at dinner. I will truly skip lunch today, but I’m being taken out for dinner so i’ll have to eat in front of people . at least im still losing, i need to find some manageable lax tho

I always laugh at myself because then I gain again and am like 'uhhh I weigh more than that now and am proud of losing?'

Just lost from 92.4kg / 203.7lbs on Oct 3rd to 91.3kg /201.2lbs on Oct 6th.

That's 1.1kg / 2.5lbs in 3 days



3/Oct/21 92.4kg / 203.7lbs
6/Oct/21 91.3kg / 201.2lbs
9/Oct/21 90.6kg / 199.7lbs
11/Oct/21 90.4kg / 199.2lbs

I guess I am onto the next group? Well, I am as of 0.1lbs today anyways (90.7kg / 199.9lbs)
I'm sure I'll be bouncing between for a bit but I hope I am on the trend of weight going down.

204.2! I’m glad. Yesterday’s dinner ended up being too texturally weird so I didn’t really eat it and i skipped lunch but had my usual calorie dense breakfast.

I don’t count cals but it’s good to know that I’m not eating too much. So ready for this weight to be gone!

UGH! I'm having SUCH troubles getting out of the last ten, I feel so fucking awful about myself. I was sick last week and on my period this week, which is setting me back so much. I weighed myself last Saturday and was up 2 lbs(I'm not going to count it rn though because it was day 1 of my period) and I'm just so pissed. UGHHHHH. I need to get back into a honeymoon phase, but first I need to find an entry point that gives me enough motivation to start loosing again.

Periods are infuriating. I put on 2kg over night earlier this week. I’m drinking loads of water, restricting and did a 10km walk and I’m still 0.5kg up, never mind actually losing any weight!!! So. Freaking. Rude.

Just got back from getting my flu shot, yay! One less thing to worry about. CW: 105.5 kg/ 232.5 lbs. Not much, yesterday morning I was actually about a 1lbs lighter so I am guessing this is just fluctuating water weight. I have really been slacking about getting enough in. I am counting it as a win nevertheless. Birthday with cake and take out down AND still managed to lose something. Conquering small amounts of fear and anxiety ones small step at a time. I actually have some faith that I can control myself on Halloween and not wreck all the progress I have made. I am hoping that I can still lose 2,5 kg before Halloween, that should be doable and would be the next milestone on my scale app.

I was unhappy with the number yesterday so I cheated an peeked today. CW: 104.5 kg/230.3 lbs, I'll wait until Thursday to record that officially in my app though. That feels like I did really beat the cake last week. Now though, everything should really be in line until Halloween. That is still two more weigh ins, I could really aim for at least 2 more kilos in that time. hm. Maybe I can still get to 99 kg this year too. That would be so great. I don't really understand how I am doing this though. I mean get I am restricting to 1200-1300, but I don't exercise much, this all feels too easy compared to the past. I am sitting on pins and needles waiting to wake up one day back at 121 kg from where I am now. Does that feeling ever go away?

203.0 funny! i initially weighed myself on my scale in a lightweight slip dress so my roommate wouldnt have to see me butt ass naked but also so my clothes wouldn’t mess up my weight. the scale said 204.6 and that’s not what i wanted to see at all so i stripped and took off my jewelry. luckily my roomie didn’t wake and see me!

I skipped breakfast and dinner yesterday, i did get quite hungry and depressed outside of lunch hours. i feel better now that it’s paid off. i think i’ll skip lunch and dinner today, i just really want some breakfast sweets… my period did indeed come yesterday soooo

Managed to drop the period water weight and almost 1.5kg on top of that overnight. 207.5lb/94.1kg. Gives me 2 weeks to lose 8.5lbs to hit my October goal.

3 months postpartum and I'm now 206 lbs.  I've decided to wean myself from pumping breastmilk just so my body stops holding onto this weight.  :unsure:

Uhh. I start the day with eating. It can take hours. Now im thinking what if i eat 20.00 once a day and its a proteinshake? That way i dont overeat.

Im 90 kg estimated.
Add little or about same.

Its my medicin.
Was thin 2017.

Part of me want to be 45 kg and thin.

Part of me would settle with 70 cm waist and healthy.
