Thank you for making this thread! I am currently 230 and have 100 lbs to lose. I feel so ashamed of my weight and the way I look. I have this image in my head, an avatar if you will, and when I see my reflection or photographs I am violently reminded that that image is just an image. She's not real and I want her to be. I want to commit this time. No more bingeing. No more splurging. No more excuses. Just discipline and as much progress as I can muster. I really appreciate any support I can get.

I’m losing fast through a combo of 500ish cal restriction and purging when necessary. Recently put on Topamax so less binge urges and appetite. Minimal exercise. I need all the encouragement I can get!

I am 210 lbs today, which is about 95kgs, I am hoping to get down to 70kgs in january of next year but my first stop is getting below 200 lbs.

227.8... Up 5 pounds from my last weigh in, but no surprise thanks to all the stress from work and the bingeing that ensued..

3 months postpartum and I'm now 206 lbs.  I've decided to wean myself from pumping breastmilk just so my body stops holding onto this weight.  :unsure:

Today I weighed in around 203 after work! I'm working my way down in how many calories I eat a day, it's so much easier when I'm forced to be away from home.


Went offline for years, but now I'm back...

Hello! First post here! I JUST broke under 200! My highest was 222 a year ago. I got down to 197 in Jan then went back up to 208. I had a health scare so I drastically changed what I consume. 0 alcohol, tons of water, I now incorporate fruits and veggies into everything I eat, no snacking, I meal prep. I'm basically consuming about half (if not less) the calories I was eating as recently as a month ago. Working out an hour a day, and went from 204 to 197 as of today! Super motivated!! Nice to meet you all 😊😊

I did it! I finally did it!!!! Yesterday I was at 200.8 As of this morning I'm at 198.8!

I had gained 80lbs during COVID and hit my highest weight of 220 this year. I started back on my ADHD medication last month which has helped curb my appetite. My grandmother also fell very ill and has been hospitalized 3 times in the last two months. I stayed with her in the hospital which gave me the chance to have limited access to food during those days. I have been sticking to a 350-500 cal daily intake and have cut sodas (unless I'm drinking because whiskey/bourbon and Dr.Peppers are my jam).

It's a strange feeling though.... I've been waiting, pushing, dying to get below 200. Today I saw the scale read 198.8 and I felt shock, joy, and also sadness. I thought I would be just overjoyed and happy. I didn't think that I would look at the scale and still feel unsatisfied. Part of me was like "I did it!" And the other part was like "Congratulations....? I'm less fat? Work harder. Do better. I don't deserve praise for just being less overweight."

Ugh, Ana is a fu**ed up disorder. Will it ever be enough?

(This was originally a reply to a previous post, but my phone loaded the beginning of this thread instead of the most recent posts so I modified it. I thought that these tips may help others, so I'm leaving the response just removed the quoted portion.)


When I had the urge to binge, I used water flavoring. Most are 0 calories! That helped a lot before my ADHD meds. It satisfies the urge to heat something with the flavor. Maybe that's something that can help! I was also recommended these Miso Soup packets. They're only 25 calories per package and it's a full bowl of soup so it helps feel full without the guilt! I hope these tricks help!

Not a good Thursday for me, but I guess I had to eventually have one right? I actually don't know what to list as my CW. Yesterday I was 105.1 kg, today just after waking up I was at 105.5 kg again, after coffee (and a poo, tmi, but we all know it's true) I was at 106.0 kg. WHAT THE EVER LOVING F*CK!?!? So yeah take your pick. I know I messed up bad on Sat when we had McD's but I followed that up with 900-1100 days and then went up 1600 yesterday, but had burned like 1000 cals according to my watch the day before. I focused hard on drinking 2800 mL of water Sun-Wed. I really do not understand what is going on. I was doing so well and I didn't really do anything differently than I usually do (except the Sat, but I course corrected as I have in the past). I am so disappointed. Maybe neck week will be better? I will push on through this plateau or whatever it is.

213 today 😩 So far I have fasted today, currently 1:30 pm here. Plan to have a small supper. I also did two 15 minute walking workout videos. I've binged hard the last several days but I'm determined that I can do this!

I weighed in this morning and actually yesterday too. Yesterday I was down 500 g (depending on which weight you take from Thursday) and came in at 104.9 kg. This morning the scale said 104.0 kg. I think I may have finally broken through that whatever it was, I don't want to say plateau because I kept moving around, but I wasn't getting anywhere so I guess that is what it was. I really think it was water weight again, crazy though how two days of not getting enough can wreck you like that. I will again wait until Thursday to change my stats, but I am back to hoping that I can make 103.anything by Halloween.

201.8, sorry i ghosted but last week was a busy school week. didn’t really track my food, didn’t really c/s rather i just skipped meals — which has been p easy by virtue that I’m not getting hungry anymore

i need to be 195 by Nov 1. which is such a long shot tbh but i need to get pretty close to it. I know i will be eating out on the 29th and likely getting drunk on halloween / that weekend but ya know. ya know.
