I am now 218 (down from 230 1st Oct). I've been away at my family's place.. They have no idea about portion control. So I've resorted to purging a lot, but I feel great. Back home tomorrow so I can just restrict and exercise again.

Had to have blood tests today for unrelated stuff but definitely a little worried. Far from underweight soooo hopefully nothing but.

Got down to 212 the other day!!

Here are my body measurements....

 

Bust: 40.75 in

Arm: 13.75 in

Waist: 34.5 in

Lower belly: 40 in

Thigh: 29.5 in

Calf: 18 in

Hips: 49 in

 

Holy shit my hips are fvcking humongous

I was 210 last week, and this week I have not weighed myself because of PMS water retention. As soon as it is 48 hours after my period starts, I am going to weigh myself and I might be CLOSE. HOPING!!!  Eyeing that 200 number, DEFINITELY going under it well before my December birthday.   Down from 250 in June.

UGH!! I'm so frustrated!! I'm not super low restricting because I know it'll trigger a binge, probably around 1600 cals, but have been basically maintaining around 204-206 and Im so annoyed. With Halloween this weekend I reallllly wanted to be out of the 200s, but I'm not sure it's going to happen at this point. Not unless I literally fast from today until Friday night, which is impossible. I literally just wouldn't get away with it knowing the lovely, kind, observant af people I have around me.

 

This past weekend I went to my uncle's for lunch with him and my grandparents and the first thing my grandpa said when he saw me was, "You're getting skinny!!" Then my grandma immediately followed that with, "oh, good for you!" This was strange because I've almost never been told anything like this, even though I've fluctuated weight my whole life?? I think growing up in the mid-west and in progressive circles has meant that people either wouldn't conflate loosing weight with something good, or they wouldn't say it because they think it's taboo and they would never say anything even close to taboo. So yeah, idk, it was weird. It didn't make me feel good? I already thought people saying something about my weight would make me happy... but it was just an affirmation that they thought I was fat, and that they like me better when I am smaller. Idk, just sucked? Hm.

 

 

Anyway. I've cut out breakfast for the most part(except the chai lattes I have in the typically two mornings a week), have cut my lunch down in calories, have upped my water consumption, and have stopped taking my probiotics. I'm much gassier, but I normally get dirreahea from stopping my probiotics, and that'll help me loose lol. I'll get back on them after Halloween, though. Or after I'm below 200. I want so desperately to be below 200. I haven't been that since probably before Christmas of 2018? I've just hovered in-between 200 and 230. YUCK EW YUCK YUUUUCK I HATE MYSELF. 

 

 

 

Sign. Okay. That's enough self loathing for now. I have to go try and think of an excuse to my housemates as to why I'm eating a tiny tiny dinner. Bye. I'm going to try and check in daily here until I'm below 200 for accountability. Maybe if I'm embarrassed enough I'll drop some.

I weighed in a day early because of a doctors appointment. CW 104.4 kg / 230.1 lbs. Sigh. I just don't even know what I am doing wrong. I am really still bad with my water intake. Then the new neighbor invited over for cake her daughter backed WHO WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE WITH HER LITTLE PUPPY DOG EYES what was I going to do say no? So not worth the calories, but I made a kid happy so I guess there is that? I really NEEEEEEEED a normal week where I am on track and everything is flowing as it used to. That is unlikly to happen before January now. I don't think I have a hope of getting to 99 kg before the end of the year or even getting to 103 something before Halloween. I am sad about that. I tried really hard though maybe I will still manage?

 

I had to get blood taken this morning and do a 24 hour blood pressure test. Ugh. I hate this kind of thing. I have wear the stupid thing while I sleep!?! how??? I weighed in this morning because I wasn't really sure if I would get any kind of accurate weight tomorrow morning. Good idea because I am not even sure how to take my hoodie off. OH and how awful at the doctors office they weighed me WITH all my clothes including a heavy hoodie, jeans, and a thick scarf on. Like WTF!?! It said 105.8 kg. Like I know a scale at home is only so accurate, but I cannot believe it is that far off. Oh and of course the readings are ridiculous. I am sure I will end up on medication. ugh. I am so tired of being fat. I am impressed so far with this doctor, perhaps he studied abroad.

Blood tests mostly ok. Nothing ED or alcohol related so I’m happy. But 2.5lb to go and I’m under 200. Come onnnnnnn

1.7lb to go. I think it’ll be a stretch to hit my Halloween goal but I’ll be so close!

Today I had a skim milk frappe and 3/4 of a home made ‘healthy’ pizza and I hate myself a little bit. Wish it wasn’t like this.

So the doctor was not great news. They put me on BP medicine and only a 50/50 chance to ever get off. I don't know what to think about that. It feel like they are saying I won't ever be able to lose the weight even though I have clearly demonstrated I can. Ugh. Then they were on and on about need a hardcore cardio routine. Like dude do you think if I could fit in more exercise in my day I wouldn't be? This is the big danger in doctors not getting to know their patients. They should be seeing the extremes and keeping me in check, but honestly all that happened is that I feel like a big, fat, failure and don't deserve any leniency. Well thanks for the motivation doc, I will prove you wrong. Oh and I have an iron deficiency. A least that explains why I am so tired all the time. My blood sugar is good though. So I mean I guess that at least?

201.8, sorry i ghosted but last week was a busy school week. didn’t really track my food, didn’t really c/s rather i just skipped meals — which has been p easy by virtue that I’m not getting hungry anymore

i need to be 195 by Nov 1. which is such a long shot tbh but i need to get pretty close to it. I know i will be eating out on the 29th and likely getting drunk on halloween / that weekend but ya know. ya know.


Still 201.8. So damn close but my motivation is just not there rn. Going sooo slow. my scale has even tricked me a few times saying 199.0 or 199.8 but when i step on a second time it goes back up i still look disgusting even if i am <200lbs, so I’m nowhere near done ugh

I am so trying to make this Halloween goal of mine and I am almost there. I weighed in 103.6 kg/228.3 lbs this morning. If I am really good today and tomorrow I might just make 103.0 kg going into Halloween. That would really set me up for getting to 99 kg before Thanksgiving and then out of the 200's by my Feb bday. I know I can do this, that near stand still for the past couple weeks really threw me off though. The holiday season is hard enough, but that on top, ugh. I might have family coming for Thanksgiving so I NEED to make that 99 goal, they haven't seem like that in like 10 years (even when I was a tad thinner than that recently we barely saw each other).
