14st 8 here (204). Weight keeps coming off and coming back on even though I've been intermittent fasting and exercising and mostly not eating a lot. Not sure what else to do.

Sadly, I have eaten bad today and I know the scale won't be kind the next few days.

i was at 211.6 three (two maybe idk time) days ago when i weighed in and i've stayed in a deficit since. unfortunately i just took a fat shit which means chances are i won't have one in the morning to be able to weigh in but i REALLY want to. 

 

so hopefully i'm under 210 when i weigh in tomorrow (hopefully tomorrow pls body let me shit in the am)

Its 213 for me. And it really really s***. Its always the same. Loosing weight, restricting even more. Not being satisfied. Startong to binge over weeks and weeks and weeks. Gaining ot all back. I hope that i will get down to my ugw of 130lbs.

I'm in! Currently 206lb boosted along by a couple of days of gastro  :ph34r: Since then I've been sticking to 500ish cals a day, mostly protein and a bit of empty fibre so I dont get totally blocked up. Drinking litresssss of water too.

5’4 250 :( but I just had a baby 2 months ago so I’m trying not to feel too bad. I was 280 after having my first baby 6 years ago and worked really hard to get down to 170 I was vegan, fasting and exercising everyday. Getting pregnant again triggered unhealthy eating and no exercise and now I’m back where I started 😭 I need a fasting friend or something.
