White raspberry quest bars
Smart cakes. 38 cal, 0 carb
Healthsmart sweet nothings only 30 cal bc they replace the sugar AND fat
Diet Red Bull
The frozen farmer strawberry sorbet 70 cal per PINT and only 8 carbs again per PINT
Nicks vanilla ice cream (they use the fat replacer too as well and replacing the sugar) 3 carbs and 230 cal per pint-some of his other flavors are way too carby tho. I never understood the fascination with halo top because that shit is way too sugary and fatty
Chocolate milk made with zero carb chocolate isopure protein powder, homemade chocolate syrup (mix equal amounts cocoa powder and namebrand truvia together well and then mix in super hot water until a gloopy consistency and then microwave, stirring literally every 10 seconds so it doesn’t burn), and unsweetened almond milk or for a HUGE treat carbmaster chocolate milk and a bit of cream
Lily’s sugarfree white chocolate-only legitimately sugar-free chocolate on the market
Homemade fat free sugar free cream cheese frosting for my smart cakes

PLEASE!! THIS IS MY PERSONAL PLEA: DON’T SAY THINGS LIKE “if your BMI is true you need to be hospitalised” or “if your signature is still accurate...” because A. yes? It’s still accurate? It says updated on JUNE 2021, which is like...literally what today is B. why would you think it’s not true? Why do I need to lie on an anonymous site? It’s exactly because I can’t talk about my ED IRL so I have to go online... I’m already struggling & hurting so much, just like how you are too. Imagine you having no support whatsoever, go online to find an outlet, only being questioned for your credibility about your stats and posts, how would you feel? C. yes it might seem low but my highest ever BMI was around 17, I’m premature and have multiple medical conditions that made me weight less/can’t eat much even prior my ED. So yea, 13 is not that bad compare to someone who got here from a much higher HW.

honestly oatmeal lol ik it’s calorie dense but i usually eat 1 240 cal cup of it and burn off as much of it as i can by walking and fasting right after!

avocados, any homemade breads, and for some reasons I've been obsessed with finding recipes with peanut butter despite hating the stuff and not planning on making any of the recipes
