Today’s just the same as yesterday but at least it wasn’t switching this time to the higher. More just staying put on scales but still. Hopefully today I won’t do much damage :( almost a week tomorrow from under 2 mile days

Today wasn’t great. Tried to keep to a minimum but was at the town. Luckily my mum detour me in a d out cause said I was tired 1080 calories (1100) 1.8 miles 67.8lbs

Considering you were in town, this is a really good result hun. Normally when you are in town you do a lot more walking so don't see this as a kind of failure or anything. You did your best.

It's definitely on the borderline. Really try and do less tomorrow and I think you should be ok. I don't think it will have put you at the beginning as long as you can reduce it over the next few days.

I think that at 1.5, that's ok. Your body seems to be getting enough rest with that amount.

You are still doing great hun and I am proud of you for not giving up :)
