i'm new to this forum so pls don't kick my ass, i haven't figured everything out yet

after restricting around 800 cals for two weeks, i decided to take on a little challenge since i felt a little too comfortable trying to "just stay under 1K" i'm not sure how many cycles i will be doing (currently in my uni exam period as well) but i'll be aiming at 4-6 cycles/entire month

note: i am not able to weigh myself everyday, but i'll try to add my weight at the end of every cycle/beginning of a new
note 2: i am taking multivitamins daily

DAY 1 (2 June): 197 cals // ??

 

i had an exam today in the afternoon (4pm) and i didn't eat beforehand, because i was feeling too stressed out so restricting wasn't too difficult, but i was also afraid i would pass out during the exam hahah so i brought rice crackers with me in case i felt dizzy, but i made it without eating so i had something to eat after the exam because i was feeling lightheaded

 

> breakfast

  • black tea

> lunch

  • black tea

> dinner (190 cal)

  • one rice cracker + spicy guacamole 
  • one carrot
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • black tea

> snacks (7 cal)

  • 4 banana chips

 

 

DAY 2 (3 June): cals 304 // ??

 

today wasn't too difficult. i got a little hungry around noon so i had some yoghurt and cut up an apple. oddly enough i wasn't hungry all day. around the evening my stomach started to rumble a bit and i was pretty close to actually calling it a day and not eat anymore, but the tofu was about to expire so i made a small dinner. half way eating i was already full but i urged myself to finish it because i hate wasting food.

hi (: thanks for your kind message! i'm trying to pick out the foodsies with the best nutrient/cal ratio and i'm taking my daily multivitamins, most of the time i'm actually forcing myself to eat so my body gets vitamins and macros yk rationality takes on my ed xd

DAY 3 (4 June): 599 cals // ??

 

today was a bit more difficult. i had trouble concentrating and studying, but oh well. i wasn't so hungry, but i had some yogurt and an orange for the nutrients around 2 pm. fact is that once i eat something, i do get hungry aah so i had a rice cake as extra and then chocolate cravings started kicking in. i am not too happy about spending my cals to chocolate, but oh well. i tried to stay under my daily limit

  • one orange

> dinner (224 cal)

  • 1/3 cups of rice

DAY 4 (5 June): 789 cals // 113.3 (evening weight)
 
i had another exam today at 12 noon and though i was a bit hungry, i was way too stressed to eat all, which was pretty convenient. after the exam, i hang out with a friend and we went to the city. i had a bubble tea (i keep feeling bad about now since it's just empty calories aaah) i went back home in the evening so the next cycle will probably be very difficult since i'm being watched over by le padre de familias hahah

  • one healthy cup of stress (;

> dinner (599 cal)

  • one slice of red bell pepper (raw)
  • strawberries
  • some fried snack my dad made me eat
  • some kind of pastry

 i thought the 200 cal day would be more difficult but i managed very well. i wasn't too hungry today, though i am craving chocolate, as always lol. feeling a bit sad as well i'm losing so slow, but at least i'm losing ahahah hoping the whoosh will come soon

  • 30 g of cod (i know not vegan but my dad made me eat it, tried to take smallest piece ever as well lol)

i had a binge of around 800 cals yesterday evening. it's so hard to restrict when i'm at my parents'. i feel really shit about it. i'm going to try to save this cycle by restricting around 350 cals/day so that the total of this 2468 cycle will not exceed 2000 cals

> breakfast (140 cal)

  • half of a bell pepper + guacamole
  • chocolate because i have no self control

> lunch

  • black tea

> dinner (200 cal)

  • some fish stew –> i know, not vegan! my dad doesn't let me, but apart from forced feeding sessions, i'm vegan (;
  • 1/3 cup of rice

> snacks (60 cal)

  • handful of blue berries
  • celery
  • watermelon

Hey! Love your dedication! Have you tried chocolate rice cakes? They might help you with chocolate cravings. Also there is low cal hot chocolate as well, I think it is 40 cals or something... Take care!! :D

aww this really made me smile! i'm really dedicated, but it's not always as easy. i struggled a lot at the 800-200 transition

 

chocolate rice cakes are really good! the fact is that i don't want to buy anything that has chocolate in it, just so i won't eat it lol (i don't want to eat anything actually, at this point everything is my fear food uhg) the problem is that there is always chocolate at home because my parents buy it

DAY 8 (9 June): 360 cals // 111.8

 

i'm really happy because my weight dropped with 1 lbs! anyway i tried to end this cycle with ~2000 in total to make up for my binge. i ended the second cycle with an excess of ~200 cals. i neutralised the binge with 600 cals and even though i feel really bad about binging, i managed to control it somehow *laughs in ana* good day today

DAY 9 (10 June): 700 cals –> net intake 200 // 112.0

 

lol i went over my 200 cal intake again, but i think i can blame my friends. after the exam, they wanted to go shopping and eat out so i ended up in a burgers' restaurant with. i finished only half my dinner, so i probably overestimated my intake but you can never be too sure amiright. i was really anxious the entire time about my intake honestly so i burned off 500 cals by walking 15K steps to kinda compensate it?

DAY 11 (12 June): 200 cals // 111.4

 

difficult day today honestly, mental state complete error. i was quite upset that i miscalculated myself yesterday, i ended up eating dried fruit, nuts and chocolate after dinner (~600 cals i think, total still under BMR + at least i'm happy i chose to eat healthier things and not just cookies or chips – but i actually never really eat that anyway but you know giving myself some credits i guess?? :')) i purged everything away anyway lol because i felt so miserable, i just couldn't stand it having it add up on my cal intake. i felt really failed and was so scared to even weigh myself this morning. i was surprised that i still lost honestly, but i do be losing slow. today should have been my 600 day intake, but i honestly can't bring myself to eat more anymore. i just don't want to anymore.
