i don't eat slowly 

i don't get freezing cold even at my lw

I'm very out going i don't avoid going out, being around people with food ect

i was /am never a perfectionist

I eat everything that my family gives me (and they give me a LOT coz they want me to recover).

I don't even try to throw a tantrum or something and tell them that I don't wanna eat.

I don't exercise. At all.

I don't weigh my food or myself (they took away my scale)

I eat most foods and don't have many fear foods.

I don't purge.

Most importantly?
I'm fat.

Binged today. Too lazy to exercise anymore. Eat higher calorie foods than most people here probably would since I often do OMAD. Some of my safe foods like dates and chilli would be a big no no for most other people here probably. Barely ever fast anymore. Basically just maintaining/barely losing even though I’m trying to lose. Drink a lot when I drink and I do care about the calories, but can’t stop once I’ve started.

I don't really count exact calories, I'll estimate calories if I think I've over-consumed that day. Just to get an idea of where I'm at. (I do OMAD, but I'll have snacks occasionally - anything to prevent a binge & extreme hunger.)

I don't fast (I get hypoglycemia too easily.)

I lose weight extremely slowly.

I don't do hardcore exercises (I just take walks and stretch because I enjoy doing it.)

I can't purge (no matter how hard I've tried - probably a good thing though.)

I eat at a normal pace (Not slow, not fast.)

I have no issues eating in front of people (If anything I prefer eating with people and it helps divert suspicions.)

I don't have a low heart rate. If anything, it's a bit high sometimes.

Current BMI: 14.2

Height: 5'4.5" / 164cm / 1.64m

Highest Weight : 98.8lbs / 44.81kg / 7.1 Stone (2011)

Start Weight: 97lbs / 43.99kg / 6.9 Stone (2009)

Current Weight : 84.2 lbs / 38.2kg / 6 Stone (5/28/2021)

Lowest Weight : 84.2 lbs / 38.2kg / 6 Stone (5/28/2021)

Goal Weight : Whatever weight I start not hating myself at

I love food so much. Actually, I used to be the type of person that thought "oh I'll never have an ED because I eat all the time!". I was quite dumb honestly, and horribly wrong. Also, I have never fasted and I'm at a normal bmi

i havent fasted more than 2 days

im at a normal bmi (not underweight anymore

I eat when Im really hungry (just never a lot)
I dont like coffee or tea
I cant go under 500 calories
I cant fast longer than 24 hours
Im at a normal weight (fingers crossed I wont be for much longer)
Eating with other people still brings me joy, temporarily before the guilt hits me

- I don't weigh myself too often

- I eat normally in front of people

- I don't measure out my food (I wish I could but it would be too suspicious)

- Most days I medium/high restrict 

- I give in to my cravings

im such a bad anorexic they diagnosed me with AN b/p at first, and then weighed me and kinda went. "oh". and changed it to ednos lmao.

I eat all food that i enjoy, even if loaded with sugar and carbs (though i do like to limit lots of sugar just for general health reasons) aslong as within calorie defect.
My fave food is carbs, like pasta n potatoes! Pasta is my safe food.
I love to eat takeaways and happily will eat them. Greasy food is hella good.
I don’t exercise, but i probably should for non ana reasons.
I love butter and cheese.
I do not weigh myself nor own a scale. Idk my current weight lmao
i eat huge servings

i’m technically in recovery but i’m like. Idk. I’m actively disordered n have been for years but i’m trying to still enjoy food and not let my ED ruin my life again. If it starts to consume me (it almost did the other day) i have something to eat and force myself to stay on track. I have a rule that i must atleast eat one thing per day.

i don't really exercise, if i do it's very minimal


i can't seem to fast anymore, my record was two weeks but now i cant even go one day


i have a bad habit of self-sabotage, when i'm at or very close to a GW i'll binge and ruin everything


i don't weigh myself often, i prefer to go by how my clothes fit


i can't watch ED documentaries, movies, YT vids, etc etc. i just find them triggering

GW1: 99lbs

GW2: 90lbs
GW3: 85lbs
UGW: 80lbs
(for now)

i can't say no to food when people offer it or when i'm in a social context

my bmi is healthy

i want to have my cake and eat it too
