-I basically have no eating rules except a cal limit (I eat at all times of the day etc)

-my fear foods are so generic

-I have multiple b/p's a week

-I was hospitalised before I ever got underweight

-my BMI is currently 23.9 lol

-I eat super fast (probably cause I mostly do OMAD and I'm super hungry by dinner but eh whatever lol)

I don't really have fear foods or safe foods.

I allow myself the occasional planned 'binge', which is just eating crisps and sweets etc. without counting calories and pretending I'm normal for once.

I don't like coffee or tea lol.

I rarely cry over food or the mirror.

I high restrict and people think there's nothing wrong with me because they see me eat.

And worst of all: I'm not diagnosed. I'm such a bad anorexic because I might not even be anorexic at all.

I can’t really fast
I binged last night after less than a week of low restriction
And even after that binge I’m drinking liquid calories this morning
The least I’ve ever weighed is 100lb which is completely healthy because I’m 5 feet tall
Thinspo doesn’t work on me

even tho i’m diagnosed an-r i seem to binge like once a week.
been maintaining my weight/bmi by binging and restricting rather than eating maintenance
i literally never exercise, ever (i walk about a lot but for travel not for exercise)

I would rather eat a mountain of raw cabbage and feel full than eat half a square of chocolate and be hungry.

I don't like coffee or energy drinks.

I love bragging to normies about how little I eat.

My favourite food is prawn cocktail crisps on white bread with margarine.

no fear foods really except for fast food

don't actually count calories, just estimate in my head

probably higher body fat than most ~anas~

hate cardio

mostly eat bread, cheese, and deli meat

waste too many calories on alcohol

never purge

hate meanspo

don't look unhealthy lol

My bones don’t protrude
I wasn’t considered fat growing up

I'm not a perfectionist at all
I eat mostly candy
I dont weight myself (I dont have a scale)
I never exercise except for rollerskating like once a month
I dont count anything other than calories (not carbs, fats, protein, ect)

I drink lots of water

I don't fast

I love peanut butter

I have cheat meals every Friday (though sometimes I skip it if I feel fat)

I don't eat sugar free things (sugar alcohols make me bloated, no halotop for me, so sad)

I don't have the motivation to ruin my life or sleep my days away just to lose weight quicker through low restriction

I literally can't get underweight without my body falling apart on me

I love eating 

I love eating with other people because it's the only time I feel it is ok to

Sugar is safe for some reason

I love carbs
